It would make a nice bushcraft knife with the wide, flat ground hard steel blade. The shape of this knife is really unique with a great handle made of dark Cocobolo wood that cradles your hand. A design by Boker’s own Terry Trahan, the TUF (Terry’s Urban Fixed Blade) is a versatile EDC with a wide range of applications. The deep finger grooves and the angled end of the handle provide maximum grip, and the high polish 440C stainless steel blade has a moderate thickness of 3.1 mm. A magnet holds the knife securely in the innovative leather sheath, by Chuck Pippin, and has a special strap for carrying in the waistband. The handles are crafted of sturdy cocobolo wood.
