This new folding hunter is a real beauty. I’m not sure anyone will want to use it because it is so beautiful! The handle is made from reclaimed American Chestnut (see more below). The knife blade is mirror polished as are the liners and bolsters. Everything just fits and fits perfectly. Each is serial numbered and they are all limited editions made entirely in the USA! Three new knives arrived from Canal Street Cutlery. The Serpentine Muskrat 4″ Closed Bone Handles, an 1873 Bowie Hunter and a Serpentine Stockman 4″ Closed. They are all produced to the Canal Street top level of quality we have come to expect from that fine company. All are made entirely in the USA in limited numbers. They are very collectible.
