SOG Bluto Folding Knife 2.25″ VG10 Steel Blade, Gray Aluminum Handles
This is a small, well made folding knife from SOG Knives. The blade shape is really cool and I think it would be a useful tool to have a round. There is a flipper that sort of works- but the blade is so small and the amount of “throw” you get with the flipper is not quite enough to open it without a pretty large amount of wrist action. The handle is darker than the picture and really looks pretty nice. There is a texture to the surface of the gray. This is a small knife. You can see all the Blutos at www.knifecenter.com

SOG Countertop Sharpener
A classy new offering from SOG Knives. This carbide tip sharpener is a snap to set up. The suction cup system and small size make it a real natural for a kitchen or anywhere. This second generation model sits up about 3/4″ higher than the first generation. This should make the sharpening easier. It’s small, so will store easily and suts up in a quick motion and then will effectively dress up a blade quickly. We’re not sure if SOG will offer replacement carbide tips, but the ones supplied should last a long time and these are very reasonably priced.

SOG Fusion Fixation Fixed Blades
SOG’s combat fixed blades are legendary. Originally, they were all made in the finest factories in Japan. SOG has since moved most of their production to Taiwan. Then, they discovered the quality manufacturing now available in China and they are really taking advantage of it. These are classic SOG designs and the quality is great. The pricing, though, is really incredible. While the dollar still buys something extra from mainland China, you should take advantage of these great values. These fixed blades are well made. The materials are pretty good, too. Both of the full sized fixed blades are for sale for under $35 each! It generally costs more than that to buy a sheath!
