Kershaw Chive – Assisted Opener with Layered Damascus Blade
The Kershaw Chive was one of the first assisted openers on the market and has been one of our most popular items of all time. This is the prettiest Chive we have seen with gorgeous layered Damascus steel blade in black and silver. The damascus leek is generally hard to get and we bet these will also go quickly.
Here is the general information about this knife:
The Chive series features Kershaw’s SpeedSafe ambidextrous opening system for smooth, easy opening by both right and left-handed users. Closed, the Chive is less than three inches long, perfect for pocket carry. This Chive has a handsome Damascus layered steel blade. This material is formed by taking several different steels and hammering them together, folding them over and repeating the process until there is a multitude of layers and the effect is extraordinary. The black and silver alternating layers are strikingly beautiful and many believe that Damascus steel blades get sharper than other steels.

All Chives also feature the Safety Tip Lock to ensure the blade stays securely inside the handle until the user releases it, and a removable pocket clip for easy carrying. The Chive may be the smallest member of the “Onion” family, but it’s got all the advanced features knife users demand.
